About me
I teach ELA at the Middle School. I like a student-centered approach to teaching. Learning about great YA novels and talking about reading them with students is something I like to do. Too, memoir writing, or any narrative writing, is also an interest, as this is my favorite kind of writing to do with kids. Using mentor texts, excerpts, poetry in creative ways is always something I looking to learn more about.
